Curso Manejo Defensivo
en el IES 9-012…
El pasado 06 de noviembre se desarrolló el CURSO DE MANEJO DEFENSIVO, destinados a los alumnos de 3er. año de la tecnicatura TECNICO SUPERIOR EN HIGIENE Y SEGURIDAD LABORAL. Tuvo por objeto el de capacitar a los futuros profesionales que serán los encargados a su vez de capacitar al personal que tengan a cargo en sus respectivas empresas.
Cabe destacar que el tema de la seguridad vial es uno de los que mayores preocupaciones trae a la parte empresarial, debido a los gastos directos e indirectos que acarrean. Entre ellos se destacan los accidentes in itinere que son los que se ocasionan cuando el trabajador va hacia su lugar de trabajo o al regreso a casa.
Entre los temas desarrollados figuran como destacados algunos de los siguientes conceptos:
La conducción segura requiere la adopción de una actitud en el manejo de un vehículo motorizado conocida como “manejo defensivo”.
El conductor defensivo no es un timorato ni un sobre-precavido, sino alguien que está decidido a tomar precauciones razonables, muy superiores a las que dictan las leyes, para evitar percances en el tránsito.
La necesidad de que haya mejores conductores es, obviamente aguda, y a pesar de que se sienta impotente de hacer algo por la situación general, puede empezar por evaluar su propio comportamiento de manejo adoptando como norma el manejo perfecto. Un manejo perfecto significa terminar cada viaje sin accidente, sin violaciones de tránsito, sin abusar el vehículo, sin demoras excesivas en los horarios y sin descortesías.
Los licenciados que tuvieron a cargo el taller fueron Marcelo Cordero y Mario Granero, quienes destacaron la seriedad con la que abordaron los alumnos todo lo desarrollado y la importancia de poder seguir profundizando la concientización por parte de los conductores y peatones de las responsabilidades de cada uno.
